一、临场反应
1.当你没听清或没听懂老师的提问时，不要简单地用Pardon?或What?这类不礼貌的词汇来表达，建议礼貌反问：
①Sorry, I didn’t understand/get/catch the question, could you repeat it in another way?(请考官换一种方式来表达)
② Sorry, I didn’t really understand/get/catch what you mean, could you explain the question, please?(请考官解释问题)
③ I’m sorry, I didn’t quitunderstand/get/catch that, could you repeat it for me, please?(请考官再把问题复述一遍)
2.如果只是不确定提问中某个单词的意思，可以这样问：
①Sorry, I didn’t understand/get/catch the word (单词)，could you explain it, please?/Sorry, could you please explain the meaning of the (单词)
3.考官解释后你还是没听懂、不理解或者完全不会，怎么办?——建议可以运用一些句式铺垫一下与问题中关键词相关的内容，然后再转到其他你所熟知的内容。
① I’m afraid that I’m not quite familiar with this topic/field/domain, but from my point of view/in my opinion, 关键词相关内容…
② I can’t really give you an excellent answer, but I guess/perhaps +关键词相关内容…
4.当老师没有理解或者误解你的回答时，要解释清楚。
① Sorry, maybe you mistaken it, could you give me a chance to explain?
②Sorry, I’ll (try to) explain it in a more reasonable/rational way.(老师未理解时)
Excuse me. I guess I didn’t make myself clear. May I explain further?/ May I try to explain myself in another way?
5.如果回答的内容得到了老师们的肯定，要表示感谢，并表达继续努力的决心和态度。不要只知道说Thank you。
① Thank you for your encouragement, I will go further to enrich my knowledge.
② I appreciate your encouragement, I will make a further exploration in this field/topic.
6.在回答问题时，当出现一时语塞或找不到确切的词语或语句在表达的时候，可以运用一些关联词或相对模糊的词语来代替。详见《功能性句式》整理

01、兴趣爱好

(2)论据：举例说明自己的优点体现在哪些事情上。

03、缺点
【提问】
What do you think about your weaknesses/shortcoming?
【回答要点】
在被问到“缺点”时，要注意你所说的缺点不能是对研究生学习有绝对影响的缺点，比如懒惰、拖延症等等，可以选择具有两面性的性格特点或小缺点，比如性格内向、完美主义等等。
(1)点明自己的缺点;
(2)把缺点包装成优点并说说怎么做能使自己变得更好。

(1)Sometimes I have a hard time saying no to people(不太会拒绝), and I end up taking on more than my fair share of the work.But I’m also happy that I can help others. 复试英语口语发音技巧
发音
考研面试的发音可以不像欧美本地人那么完美，但基本的字母和常用的词汇要发音准确。
不需要刻意的过分模仿外国人说话的腔调，那样听起来会不太自然。(对于非英语专业的大多数人来说)在口语面试中表达得准确、流畅、自然，就算带一点中文的语调也是可以的。
节奏
在面试紧张的时候，我们可能会语速加快或者完全结巴的说不出话来，所以在平时的练习中需要注意调整节奏、放慢语速。有的同学担心语速慢使得考官以为自己的英语不好，这其实是一个误区。奥巴马的语速快吗?那你觉得他的英语水平如何呢?快慢把握一个度即可，关键是让听者觉得舒服自然。
停顿
在面试紧张的时候，我们需要一点时间来思考，这时候自然停顿就很好用了。在停顿时灵活运用”well…”, “you know…”, “I mean…”这些词汇会让你的表达显得更加流畅，还会显得自己的口语较为地道。
考研复试面试常见的问题
Q1：为什么要报考我们的学校?
这个问题相信好多考过研的童鞋都深有体会，相对来说是出现频率较高的一个问题。那我们回答的时候既不能太随意也不能太模板化。可以综合学校+心理学院/系(根据目标院校具体情况)两个点展开，大家实事求是就好，有些同学准备地有点少，可以花点时间去看看院系历史介绍，了解其特色，也可以从导师研究方向入手，收集相关导师发表的文章。做到有话说，能接住老师的提问。
Q2：谈谈你的本科专业、学校以及大学四年怎么过的?
对于跨专业的同学，老师可能比较关注你的本科专业，为啥不考自己的院校，通过你的描述看看你大学四年学习有没有科研精神等。
对于这样的问题：
①建议不要说高考志愿什么的，还有之前大学浑浑噩噩这类的话，因为导师会担心读研的时候可能还是浑浑噩噩的。
②建议不要说以前，尤其说自己不满意以前学校或者专业，导师不太喜欢听学生否定或者说觉得以前选择不太好的。
③多cue一下与心理学相关的实践、学习经历。比方说本科时期参与的相关专业活动，谈谈自己的感想。可以再说说为什么选择了这个专业以及自己所做的努力。
Q3：你如何理解心理学这门学科?
不管本专业还是跨专业的童鞋，回答对心理学的理解的时候，坚持实事求是原则，不要为了展示自己的博学说一大堆东西。可以讲述自己有把握的东西，老师有可能根据你所说的知识点继续进行提问。
Q4：心理学专业相关的问题。
(理论、文献、实验)这个问题复试时不可避免会问到，就需要我们在复试前做好准备，减少复试的慌乱感。
①既然我们是研究生复试，回答一定专业化，不要用大白话讲心理学知识。
②文献重点看摘要，不要找太难得，自己完全看不懂的。可以搜索目标院校导师发表的论文，或者研究方向的相关论文。
③实验设计部分考查相对比较灵活，也可能让你复述一个你喜欢或印象深刻的实验(注意心理学的经典实验，可以选择几个背过);也有可能根据老师的问题，当场让你设计一个实验(熟记实验设计的五个步骤，注意实验过程额外变量的控制)。
Q5：英文自我介绍、口语相关问题。
在研究生阶段，我们要看好多英文文献，因此英语的考查也是老师关注的重点，如果英语表现得很好，一定是加分项。
